PPS-CF Filament

High-Temperature • High Strength • Flame Retardant

Harimau3D PPS-CF is a carbon-fiber reinforced PPS filament containing 10% carbon fiber, designed for demanding engineering and high-temperature applications.

It offers excellent rigidity, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and very low moisture absorption, with a continuous service temperature up to 220°C and HDT up to 245°C.

Before Printing

• Dry filament at 120°C for at least 8 hours if moisture exposure is suspected.

• Recommended nozzle temperature: 300–350°C
  320°C recommended

• Bed temperature: 90–110°C
  100°C recommended

• Use a hardened steel nozzle and extruder gear.

• Recommended nozzle size: 0.4 / 0.6mm

• Cooling fan: 0–30%

After Printing

• If PPS-CF is used as its own support material, remove supports shortly after the model cools down to prevent them from bonding too strongly.

• For improved part strength, dry / heat-treat the printed model at 80–100°C for 1–3 hours.

• Reseal unused filament after printing to protect it from moisture and contamination.
