Return your empty Harimau3D spools and earn Member Points!

Rewards

  • 1kg spool: 150 Member Points per eligible spool

  • 3kg spool: 350 Member Points per eligible spool

  • Free courier collection within Peninsular Malaysia

Eligibility and Minimum Quantity

To participate, you must:

  • Be a registered Harimau3D member

  • Have an Advanced Member (Or used to be Advanced Member) status or above

  • Our regular SHOPEE customer also welcome to chat with us before submit the request.

  • Return at least 10 eligible 1kg spools, or

  • Return at least 6 eligible 3kg spools

Only the two 1kg spool types and two 3kg spool types shown below are currently accepted. All spools must be empty, complete and in acceptable condition.

Packing Instructions

Customers are responsible for packing the spools securely in a carton box and measuring the completed parcel’s length, width and height before submitting the return request.

We recommend reusing our Harimau3D 10kg carton box, which can hold up to 14 pieces of 1kg spools.

Please ensure that the carton is properly sealed and ready for collection before submitting the form. Incorrect parcel measurements may cause a delay in courier collection.

How to Submit a Return

Scan the QR code below and complete the Google Form with:

  • Your membership details

  • Spool types and quantities

  • Collection address

  • Packed carton dimensions

  • Other required collection details

After reviewing your request, the Harimau3D team will contact you to arrange the courier collection.

Member Points will be credited after the returned spools have been received, inspected and approved.

This program is currently available within Peninsular Malaysia only.

Member Points are not exchangeable for cash. Harimau3D reserves the right to reject damaged, incomplete or ineligible spools.
